Descriptions, images and prices are provided for information purposes and may be changed at any time without notice.
Products are offered while stocks last.
3. Prices
Prices are shown including all taxes, in the currency of the delivery country selected on the site (for example EUR, CHF, GBP, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN or CAD). The currency and the final amount are confirmed at checkout. Depending on the payment method used, your bank may apply its own conversion fees.
AKRISE LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
AKRISE LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secured and processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal and Airwallex (Klarna and local payment methods depending on the country).
6. Delivery
Dispatch time: 24 to 72 business hours
Estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days
These times are indicative and may vary for reasons beyond our control (carriers, peak periods, etc.).
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 30 days after receipt of your order to return a product and request a refund. This period includes the 14-day statutory withdrawal period provided by applicable law.

8. Liability
AKRISE LLC cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or of the products sold.
In any event, AKRISE LLC’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before any legal action.
12. Sales contract with deferred supply
The sale is concluded under a sales contract with deferred supply: the product is acquired after the order has been confirmed and paid.
We do not physically hold the product at the time of ordering and work with partner suppliers responsible for sourcing and shipping to the address provided.
Processing and dispatch take place on average within 24 to 72 hours after the order is confirmed.
