Shipping Policy

We prepare and personalize your order within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday to Friday) after confirmation. During peak periods, this time may be slightly longer.

Once it has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its way.

Delivery Times (Standard Shipping – Free)

• Metropolitan France: 8 to 12 business days

• Belgium: 8 to 12 business days

• Rest of Europe: 8 to 12 business days

Important Information

• Your order is delivered to the address entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to make sure it is correct.

• We cannot be held responsible if the parcel is handed over to or signed for by someone other than the recipient.

• Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after shipping.
